EVOsoft

EVOsoft is the powerful, easy to use software that comes bundled with every MMS7000.

EVOsoft displays your data allowing you to pan or zoom areas of interest. Flip and rotate to align profiles to investigate wear and determine irregular surface conditions. The database maintains an historical record of your machines important in maintaining a proactive maintenance philosophy. Historical data collected with the Commtest MMS6000 can also be easily imported into EVOsoft.

RADIAL

The Radial output displays profile recordings as a radial plot. This is useful for displaying the profile as a more natural representation of the true shape of the commutator or slip ring. 

SHAPE

The Shape output displays the profile in a linear shape. Viewing a linear display allows you to analyse MBTB and TIR values and is useful for depicting
wear patterns.

 
 

Multiple profiles can be displayed and rotated to align profiles that were taken from different starting positions for easy analysis.
